A full credit or refund will be cheerfully issued on any regularly stocked stationery item returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by the invoice or cash receipt (some conditions may apply, consult your local sales representative). The returned merchandise must be in sale-able condition, complete with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned.
